Creating plastic and vinyl figures often involves the intricate process of making complex molds to enable 

material casting under high temperatures and pressures. The typical duration for mold creation falls within

 the range of 25-30 days. Subsequent to the mold production, actual manufacturing times for plastic and 

vinyl figures typically span between 30-45 days. This timeframe can vary based on the quantities and

 intricacy of each design.

Once manufacturing is completed, the delivery timeline via ocean freight usually extends to around 30-40 days,

 while air freight times may fluctuate between 2-10 days depending on the chosen freight carrier. Rush orders 

are often available for an extra fee, which can reduce the total production time by approximately 40%. In such

 cases, a production-ready design is usually required to meet the accelerated schedule.

For reorders of toys that we have previously manufactured, the advantage is that there is no need to create production

 molds anew. Therefore, production times typically remain within the 30-45 day range, characteristic of a standard 

production cycle.
